WEEKEND CHALLENGE- Maximum Push ups!

It's Friday! Every Friday we have a WEEKEND CHALLENGE! The challenge for this week is to see how many push ups you can do in a row!
History behind the challenge:
Yesterday I was doing push ups in my workout. I was excited because my push ups are getting a lot better and becoming easier each time.
When I started this journey last September, I could barely do a push up on my knees! I even did the first month of the Insanity program twice because I was so bad at push ups! Now I can do "real" push ups without any problems!
I love feeling stronger and more fit!

Weigh In Day and The Push Up Challenge!
It's Weigh In Day! How did you do?
Every Monday is Weigh In Day for our challenge groups. Everyone sends us their weight, measurements, body fat or gives us an update on how they are doing.
We'll post some comments on our Facebook page later today.
The WEEKEND CHALLENGE this week was to do as many push ups as you can in one minute. Patrick and I took the challenge. We filmed Patrick doing the challenge. Watch the video to see how many he did!
I only did 23. These were real push ups too. Not too bad for mom. :)

WEEKEND CHALLENGE:
Time yourself for one minute to see how many push ups you can do! You can do this any time during the weekend.
If this baby can do it, you can!
We'll be posting a video of Patrick doing this challenge on Monday! How many do you think he can do?
