This guy is pretty much amazing! I had to post his story on our blog today.
His name is Mark (Frederick B on the Beachbody site). He lost 44 pounds and went from 27% body fat to 12% after doing P90X. The most amazing part is that he did this program after having hip replacement surgery!
He already won $1,000 in the monthly Beachbody challenge, and now he is a finalist in the quarterly Beachbody Challenge. He needs lots of votes to win the quarterly competition ($5,000)! Let's help him! The best part is he is planning to donate the $5,000 to the Mid Atlantic Make-A-Wish Foundation! In the past 25 years he has raised over $40,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation through their triathlon in Bethany Beach, DE. He wants to help children who are sick, and make their dreams come true.
